Hot Air Balloon Safari - Spotlight
Maasai Mara Balloon Safari
The most iconic experience in all of East Africa. Rise before dawn and watch the balloon inflate in the dark as the savannah begins to stir. Lift off at first light as the Mara turns golden - herds of wildebeest, zebra, elephant, and big cats visible from your silent, floating vantage point. On landing, your pilot and crew set up a champagne Full English breakfast in the bush.

Amboseli Balloon Safari

How to Book Your Balloon
Balloon flights must be booked in advance - capacity is limited to 8-12 passengers per balloon. Flights are weather-dependent and subject to wind conditions at the discretion of the pilot. We secure your reservation when confirming your full safari booking.

Cultural Immersion Experiences
How to Add Activities
All optional activities can be added to any Brisami package - whether you are booking a new safari or have an existing itinerary. Simply mention the activities you are interested in when filling out the booking form or when speaking with our team.
Pricing for most activities is available on request and depends on group size, location, and season. The hot air balloon safari is fixed at $380 per person for flights at the Maasai Mara and Amboseli. Cultural village visits are generally included in cultural tour packages and available as add-ons for all other packages.
We handle all logistics, payments to local operators, and scheduling. You simply show up and enjoy - everything is arranged in advance and confirmed in writing before your trip.
Responsible & Ethical Tourism
All cultural experiences offered by Brisami are conducted in genuine partnership with local communities. Village visits are community-approved and revenue goes directly to local residents - not intermediaries. Our guides are always from the community being visited.
Balloon operators are vetted for safety records, pilot experience, and environmental practices. We work only with operators who adhere to Kenya Civil Aviation Authority regulations and carry full passenger liability insurance.
We encourage our guests to engage respectfully, ask questions, and listen. The most meaningful travel happens not when you observe a culture from a distance, but when you step inside it - with humility, curiosity, and an open heart.
